Sanitary Gaskets and Valve Seats

T-LON offers FDA compliant and detectable standard and custom sanitary gaskets and valve seats. T-LON materials available with compliance to USP class VI testing protocol.  Virgin PTFE and stainless steel filled PTFE materials available.

We offer industry standards for tri-clamp gaskets, envelope gaskets, bevel seat gaskets, I-line gaskets, Q-line gaskets, and valve seats as well as custom sanitary and valve seals and diaphragms made to exacting tolerances.

Series 40MPG and 42MPG Sanitary Gaskets are available off the shelf.  Custom profiles and sizes available upon request. Please consult the factory for custom product information.
